Company Bylaws
To ensure transparency and protect both parties, the following bylaws apply to all clients enrolled in Credit Zoom services:
- Eligibility: Clients must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate personal and financial information and notify Credit Zoom of any changes.
- Service Timeline: Credit Zoom does not guarantee a specific timeline for results. Credit improvement is based on individual circumstances and may vary.
- Communication: Clients agree to maintain regular communication and respond to documentation requests in a timely manner.
- Confidentiality: All client data is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Service Termination: Either party may cancel services at any time with written notice. Monthly billing will cease upon cancellation, but past charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
At Credit Zoom, client satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of credit services, the following refund policy applies:
- The $500 onboarding fee is non-refundable once services and document processing have begun.
- Monthly payments are non-refundable once billed. This covers services rendered in that billing cycle.
- If a client believes a charge was made in error, they must contact Credit Zoom within 5 business days of the charge date.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for potential billing errors only.
- No refunds are issued for lack of credit improvement, as results depend on third-party credit bureaus and individual credit histories.
